Dear Friends,
On behalf of the clergy of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, I would like to thank all of you for your many acts of kindness and support over this Christmas season. The cards, gifts, food and sweets were warmly welcomed! 2020 will go down as the Christmas I ate the most Christmas cookies and desserts. Not sure what that was all about but it’s time to step away from the sugar!!
And so my friends - we find ourselves in 2021. A brand-new year and a brand-new opportunity to live up to the great potential He knows is in each of us. I love this time of the year for it is the season of hope and new beginnings. It reminds us of the importance of the faith that sustains us, our families that identify us and our friends that enliven us. It is a blessed moment in our year when we remember to say thank you for our blessings.
I pray that this New Year is filled with much love, faith, joy, good health, friends and family. May God bless you for your kindness and faith.
With peace and gratitude,
Fr. Rick
