Attention 8th Graders Considering a Catholic High School
To assist families of 8th grade students considering a Catholic High School, Blessed Sacrament Parish offers the Fr. White Scholarship. This scholarship was established to pay tribute to Rev. John White, pastor of St. Bernard Church from 1971—2004 and a priest we all admired and loved. He is perhaps best known for the energy and love he gave to promoting good Catholic education.
To be eligible for this $3,000 Scholarship ($1,500 for 9th grade, $500 for each subsequent year of Catholic High School upon submission of a follow up letter each year), the student must currently be attending the Blessed Sacrament Parish Faith Formation program and entering a Catholic high school for 9th grade.
