Collection Runs through August 12/13
Blessed Sacrament Parish, through our Justice & Peace Committee, is once again working with local social workers to provide their clients in need with gift cards to purchase school supplies.
The social workers have stated that the best cards for this purpose include Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Staples and Amazon. We have also been informed that the most convenient increment on the cards is $25, but any size card is appreciated.
Please place gift cards in an envelope clearly labeled for the Justice and Peace School Supply Collection. Cards can also be purchased at our gift card sale the weekend of August 5/6 with pickup the weekend of August 12/13.
We thank you all in advance for making the start of a new school year a happier one for a child.
