We are again collecting Gift Cards for Vernon Social Services, Tolland Human Services, & the Manchester Office of the CT Dept of Children & Families.
Easter is fast approaching and it is time to collect gift cards for our social workers to distribute to struggling families to help them have a special Easter.
We will be collecting the cards this weekend—March 11th & 12th and they will go to the social workers this week.
Gift cards can be placed in an envelope marked “Easter Gift Cards” and dropped in the offertory basket at any Mass at either church the weekend of March 11/12. They can also be dropped off at either church office thru March 12th.
Please consider helping someone less fortunate have a more beautiful Easter because they could purchase a nice meal and some candy for the kids. The Justice and Peace Committee thanks you for your generosity.
