2021 Year in Review

As a parish family, we worked together in a difficult year to give glory to God.
Please take a minute and allow this video record of our year to touch your heart.

As a Catholic family, we are called by Christ to prayerfully create and nourish a vibrant community centered on the Eucharist and dedicated to service, spirituality, and evangelization. Thank you for being a part of our parish family.

Blessed Sacrament Parish needs your help!

Knights of Columbus at St. Matthew

Edmund P. Perkins Council 6626

The Knights of Columbus are a fraternal organization of Catholic men. The Edmund P. Perkins Council 6626 is affiliated with The Blessed Sacrament Parish and Saint Matthew Church. This council is made up of parish members who serve Christ and the Church by providing for the welfare of our parish and community. Our council welcomes all Catholic men who are willing to help.

Some of the services we provide include: help to widows and orphans, food for families in need, money from the "Tootsie Roll" sale to help the mentally handicapped persons in Tolland, scholarship assistance, and many other helping-hand jobs as the need arises.

Our fundraising activities include French Toast Breakfast, Easter Flower sales (benefits the Tri-Town pantries), and the New Years' Eve Dinner Dance (benefits: The Saint Matthew Church / Edmund Perkins Scholarship Fund).

New members are always welcome.

Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7 P.M. in the Parish Hall except during the months of July and August. Check the Sunday bulletins for more specific information or email tollandknights@gmail.com.
