Food Drive in Memory of Bryan Flint

The Vernon Legislative Delegation and the Cornerstone Foundation are hosting a Food Drive in memory of the Cornerstone's late deputy director and shelter director, Bryan Flint.

The main food drive is scheduled for October 21st from 12:30pm to 3:00pm at St. Bernard Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, in Vernon. 

Food donation boxes have also been placed at St. Bernard Church, St. Matthew Church in Tolland, the Vernon Town Hall (14 Park Place), and the Rockville Public Library (52 Union St.). These boxes will be in place until October 20.

Please honor Bryan’s memory with your continued generosity as the need for food in our area is significant.

Cornerstone is in need of several items, including:

  • Tuna
  • Canned meats
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Pasta sauces
  • Peanut butter
  • Paper towels
  • Toilet paper
  • Other basic toiletries
