Saturday October 3rd at 10:00am at St. Bernard Church
This event will be in person (reservation required) as well as livestreamed.
The best gift anyone can give to another is to pray for them. We come to this October as a time of such great need. Our Church, our country, our homes, and our families need the blessings prayer can bring. Through this event the Blessed Sacrament Parish Spirituality Ministry is offering a time for us to come together as a community and bring our own personal intentions to Our Blessed Mother as we pray the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. At the end of the Rosary, Fr Rick will offer a blessing if you want to bring an item to be blessed.
Click here to reserve a spot for the event and/or add a prayer request or intention. Prayer requests will be printed and brought to the Church for the event. You are also welcome to bring a written intention that can be placed in baskets that will be located at the front of the Church.
We also have a downloadable page called “A Gift of Prayer” that is available by clicking here. This is for children or grandchildren to decorate and give to someone that they prayed for. Copies will also be available at the event. This is a fun and meaningful way to teach children about intercessory prayer.
The Knights have a special honor as well, The Silver Rose will be on display. This is part of a pilgrimage centered on the Rosary to pray for sanctity of life and spiritual renewal of our nation.
Please join us to pray this powerful prayer together in Church or via livestream as we give each other the gift of prayer.
“You also must help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted us through the prayers of many.” 2 Corinthians 1:11
